Client Liaison Officer - Assessment

Independent Living Assessment (iLA) is for-purpose organisation with a focus on empowering people living within the Australian community, to increase their knowledge and take steps towards maintaining their independence at home and in their community. 

About the Role  

We are excited to be recruiting a Client Liaison Officers to join our vibrant Assessment Services Team at iLA.   

 The Customer Liaison Officer provides administrative and support services to a multi-disciplinary team of Assessors that form ILA’s Single Aged Care Assessment Services.  The position requires a high standard of customer service and liaison, communication and engagement with stakeholders, information, time and records management, and administrative support to facilitate smooth processing and operations.  

 

The position will involve responding to incoming MAC referrals and customer calls, supporting intake needs of customers, data base entry, scheduling assessments and general administrative support. 

 

Duties Include:  

  •  Schedule of all Assessment types, and act as a point of contact for the assessors, customers and aged care facilities for all scheduling matters, providing administrative support as required.   
  • Efficiently and accurately use software programs that support intake and scheduling of assessment services – including CRM, scheduling software and My Aged Care Portal.    
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure all telephone enquiries are addressed in a timely manner and personal and team based KPI’s are achieved. 

 

About You  

You will bring exceptional customer service skills with experience in general administration. In particular, the Client Liaison Officer – Assessment will demonstrate:  

  • Previous experience providing administrative support to busy teams in a fast paced, changing environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills.  
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.  
  • Strong technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationships management software, and the ability to navigate multiple technology systems.
