About iLA

iLA is a for‑purpose organisation that helps people and communities live and age well at every stage of life by delivering innovative digital solutions and aged care assessments that respond to individual needs. By connecting communities with accessible healthy ageing resources, we support people in midlife to build healthy habits and help older people continue doing what matters most.

iLA also works to strengthen the sector in delivering a wellness and reablement approach that enables older people to stay independent and engaged in their daily routines.

By supporting both the sector and the people it supports, we’re driving change in how Australia experiences, talks about and views ageing.

Rethink Ageing

Ageing is not a single moment but a progression through mid‑life, older age and into care, with changing needs along the way.

iLA’s services work together to support this journey: NowNext helps people in midlife build healthy habits for the future, LiveUp provides older Australians with free tools and tips to stay independent and doing what they love, and Keep Able supports the aged care workforce with practical resources to deliver wellness and reablement approaches. Together, these services create a digital bridge that brings healthy ageing to life for all people living in Australia.
