iLA is looking for a Data Administrator to support the LiveUp program. In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance LiveUp’s data assets, including product and activity catalogues, with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality assurance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our digital platforms are supported by reliable, high-quality data that drives meaningful insights and outcomes.

  • Full-time Position based in East Perth
  • Fixed-term contract until June 2026, with potential for extension
  • $60,000 - $69,000 per annum + Salary Packaging

iLA currently delivers Single Assessment Service across WA and a range of digital-first initiatives including: LiveUp, Keep Able, and AT Chat navigation and peer mentoring programs. As one of only three non-government organisations included in the federal government’s Aged Care Data and Digital Strategy, iLA is recognised as a leader in developing scalable, forward-thinking solutions that promote independence.

The Role 

Key Tasks:

  • Prepare and organise documents for accurate data entry.
  • Conduct quality assurance of data through thorough cleaning, validation, and maintenance processes.
  • Research and identify new products and activities for inclusion in our catalogue.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and obtain missing information by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilise automation and AI technologies to support efficiency and innovation in data processes.
  • Test new systems and software as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain data backups in accordance with contingency procedures.

What we’re looking for:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong capability in managing and analysing large data sets.
  • Confident using Content Management Systems such as Payload.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
  • A curious mindset, eager to learn and apply new technologies and approaches.
  • Able to work independently, methodically, and follow direction when required.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in changing situations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Knowledge of the aged care sector or assistive technology products is advantageous.
