We’re seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Professional to play a key role in advancing our organisation’s data capability, driving innovation, and embedding a culture of data-informed decision-making. As part of our growing digital and data team, you’ll design and deliver powerful visualisations, reports, and analytics that help us understand performance, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable impact.
Key tasks include:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations that support evidence-based decision-making.
- Deliver accurate and timely data insights and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements.
- Support the implementation of the organisational Data Strategy and Roadmap in collaboration with the Data Strategy Lead and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and communication of the Data Governance Framework, promoting data as a strategic organisational asset.
- Build data literacy across the organisation by engaging, coaching, and mentoring staff to improve confidence and capability in using data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align data solutions with business goals and enhance reporting processes.
- Act as a key contact for data products and analytics tools, including Power BI, ensuring systems are reliable, accessible, and continuously improved.
- Partner with technical teams to drive integration, automation, and efficiency of data systems and workflows.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practice in data management, reporting, and governance.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, supporting consistent use of data to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Contribute to developing SMART measures that track the success of our digital and data strategy.
- Stay informed on emerging BI tools, analytics methodologies, and industry best practices to strengthen organisational data maturity and innovation.
About You
Equipped with Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Data Analytics techniques/methodologies, you’re a Professional that loves working within a solution-based environment. You will possess a blend of skills, experienced in data analytics, and proficient in analytical tools, and in in-depth understanding of digital technologies and trends including:
- Degree qualification in a similar discipline or equivalent professional qualification
- 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in dashboard creation and visual storytelling.
- Experience in managing data pipelines and improving data flow processes.
- Sound understanding of data privacy regulations and best practice data management.
- Proven ability in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools) and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
