Project Coordinator

The Role

The Project Coordinator will facilitate the delivery of the LiveUp Roadmap initiative, program enhancements, and internal process improvements. The Project Coordinator will identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the Program Manager, focusing on solutions and risk mitigation. This role involves supporting and regularly engaging with the project team to ensure timelines are communicated and adhered to, maintaining positive rapport.

 Key tasks include: 

  • Identify and address project issues and opportunities, focusing on effective problem-solving and risk mitigation in consultation with the Program Manager.
  • Represent the Project team in working group meetings and present on project deliverables as required.  
  • Maintain regular communication with the Project team to ensure timelines are clearly conveyed and met, fostering positive relationships and collaboration.
  • Oversee roadmap initiatives, enhancements, and internal process improvements, often collaborating with external vendors. 
  • Participate actively, and work closely and constructively, with colleagues in the leadership team to deliver integrated business outcomes.
  • Ensure delivery of services and support within service level agreements and budget.


About You

  • Certificate/Degree qualification in relevant disciplines (or) significant relevant industry and positional experience. 
  • Advanced working knowledge and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Hands on experience with project management software, like MS Project, Jira and DevOps. 
  • Dynamic, fast paced, and resourceful skillset.
  • Self-driven with excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt and work autonomously.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to bring together a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, to work together towards a united outcome.
