Program Support Officer - Regional Assessment Service Team

 

The Role

LA are seeking to engage an experienced Program Support Officer to support business operations of its Regional Assessment Services (RAS) Team. This pivotal role is responsible to  deliver administrative and support services to a  multidisciplinary team who, deliver assessment services to aged individuals seeking at access the Commonwealth Home Support Program.

The main duties of the role include: 

  • Delivering a high level of customer service when managing client enquiries and performing a variety of administrative and data entry functions
  • Communicating effectively with customers and others both verbally and in writing
  • Working as a key member of a team responsible for managing and maintaining data bases and team operations schedules 
  • Performing general office duties which support business operations 

The Candidate

The successful candidate will enjoy working with people and positively contributing  to business outcomes, have excellent communication, office administration, data entry and time management skills. Previous experience performing administrative tasks within the  health or aged care sector would be advantageous.
