Content Lead

The Role

Lead the implementation of LiveUp's Baseline and Expansion project delivery plans in close collaboration with the Digital Project Lead. Manage a team producing high-quality written content, videos, and imagery for our digital platforms, as well as developing and executing the Program's content strategy.

 Key tasks include: 

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within LiveUp web content and participate in continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate advanced writing, editing, strategy and management skills.
  • Understand the importance of voice, tone, and branding to evolve and maintain quality content production guidelines.
  • Understand and implement UX and SEO principles to optimise all website content and meet set Program targets.
  • Consult with clinical experts to ensure LiveUp content adheres to best practices and compliance standards. 
  • Build and manage relationships with partner organizations to facilitate content sharing. 
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the Program's content strategy. 
  • Run AB testing and access and analyse key user data to inform content strategy.

 

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation strategy.
  • Ability to deliver complex projects 
  • Proven experience in reviewing and editing content for quality and accuracy.  
  • Exceptional written skills. 
  • A capacity to work pro-actively as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • Experience uploading and managing content on CMS and social media platforms.  
  • Experience translating complex documents into easy-to-read versions.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Work Experience 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in content writing and strategy 
  • Knowledge of the aged care and disability sectors (desirable) 
  • Experience leading teams of content professionals
  • Experience working on content for digital products and UX copywriting
